14-Day Withdrawal Right

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. You will receive a full refund for the products returned.

How to Return

1. Email us at info.lhyte@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Pack the items securely in their original packaging
3. Ship the items to the return address we provide. Return shipping is paid by you unless the product is defective or incorrect
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 14 days

Conditions

• Products must be unopened and in original, resalable packaging
• Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
