Cancellation policy
1. Overview
This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel a purchase or subscription with LHYTE. LHYTE is operated by Luka Felice, an autónomo registered in Spain. We aim to make cancellations simple and transparent.
2. Cancelling One-Time Orders
You may request cancellation of a one-time order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, our standard Refund Policy applies.
- To cancel an unshipped order, email info.lhyte@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
- If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- If the order has already been shipped, you may refuse delivery or return the package under our Refund Policy.
3. Cancelling Subscriptions
Subscriptions are recurring purchases billed and shipped at the frequency you selected (monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months). You can cancel at any time with no long-term commitment or cancellation fees.
- To cancel, email info.lhyte@gmail.com with at least 3 business days' notice before your next scheduled delivery.
- Cancellations take effect before the next scheduled charge. You will not be charged for any delivery after the cancellation is confirmed.
- If a charge has already occurred for an upcoming delivery that has not yet shipped, we will cancel that delivery and issue a refund.
- You may also pause or modify your subscription frequency by contacting us at the same email address.
4. Automatic Renewal
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your original payment method automatically for each recurring delivery at the selected frequency and discounted price, until you cancel. We will send a reminder email before each renewal.
5. Changes to Subscriptions
We may update subscription pricing, frequencies, or terms with reasonable notice. If you do not agree to a material change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
